
EVP & Digital Campaign Sample
I created this content, including an Employee Value Proposition and a digital campaign, for Midfield, an experiential marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada.
Midfield’s tight-knit culture led to “difficulty writing about ourselves,” as their Creative Director put it. I interviewed key stakeholders, including the founders, in order to authentically crystallize Midfield’s culture.
This presentation, which I delivered to the stakeholders at the end of the project, contains the full EVP, a breakdown of the digital campaign, and additional bespoke copy elements I crafted (such as customized job descriptions).
The campaign led to a 40% increase in applications vs. historical talent attraction efforts.
